The Ph.D. program in Hispanic Literature at Florida International University is designed to prepare students to become first-rate scholars and teachers, primarily in institutions of higher learning.
In addition to two major fields of specialization (Peninsular Spanish Literature and Spanish American Literature), minors are available in Peninsular Spanish Literature, Spanish American Literature, and Hispanic Linguistics.
