About the program
The diversity of host teams, very specialized in their respective fields, enables a large number of thesis subjects to be proposed each year in relation to questions raised around health, life sciences and life chemistry.
In this context, the Health, Biology, Biochemistry Doctoral School at the the University of Orleans provides excellent training through research in a very rich environment, at both a scientific and human level.
Programme Structure
Topics include:
- Imaging agents for the selective detection of amyloid peptides
- Development of molecular and cellular tools for the study of phytocannabinoid mechanisms in the skin
- Mechanisms of protein SUMOylation: structural, chemical, and computational biology
- Electrochemical sensors and molecularly imprinted polymers (mip) for the extraction and the monitoring of endocrine disruptors in water
- Synthesis of functionalized nitrogen heterocycles and application to energetic molecules
- Development of a nucleoside synthesis platform for new broad spectrum antivirals against (re)emerging viruses
