- Personal Statement, Curriculum Vitae, Official Undergraduate Transcripts, Official Graduate Transcripts (if applicable), Three (or more) Letters of Recommendation.
- TOEFL or IELTS test score is required of all foreign applicants whose native language is not English, unless the applicant had a minimum of three years of undergraduate studies with the mode of instruction being English.
- The GRE General test is not required, but applicants who have already appeared in the test can submit their unofficial score as part of the application.
