About the program
The Epidemiology program at the University of Delaware is designed to support students with some experience in public health who seek additional training related to research methods and their application to population health. General requirements
- MPH, MSPH, MS or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university with a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Official GRE scores in at least the 50th percentile on quantitative and verbal reasoning within the last 5 years.
- Written statement of goals and objectives (the personal statement) that clearly identifies the applicant’s research and curriculum interest and explains how admission to the program relates to previous research experience.
- Current resume and three letters of recommendation.
- Applicants must connect to the program prior to applying to identify a potential faculty advisor. Admission is based on available funding and identification of a willing faculty advisor who is a good fit for the student’s interests.
