World population growth and increased environmental concerns have spurred the need for civil, environmental and geodetic engineers. CEGE addresses these societal needs by preparing graduates to contribute to the improvement of infrastructure management and the protection of the environment. The Civil Engineering programme is offered at the The Ohio State University.

Additionally, a dual MS degree is offered in Urban Transportation Planning in conjunction with the Department of City and Regional Planning in the Knowlton School.

Curriculum Vitae

Copy or scan of all official transcripts (front and back of each page) from all institutions attended. Advising reports, web reports, self-reported scores, or transfer credits on another school’s transcript are not acceptable.

If the applicant is admitted by our program, the admission will be held as provisional until an official, final transcript is received by the Office of Graduate and Professional Admissions.

Three (3) Letters of Recommendation. Letters should be submitted electronically on institutional letterhead.

Official GRE scores reported via ETS, for applicants with a BS engineering degree from a non-ABET accredited institution or those with a cumulative GPA of less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
