- B.S. or M.S. in a biomedical science-related field from an accredited university
- Degrees such as biology, biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, biopsychology, etc.
- MCAT 60th percentile or GRE 300 combined verbal and quantitative
- Test waived for students with an M.S. degree and 3.0 GPA
- 3 faculty/professional recommendation letters
- Statement of Purpose (1,000-1,500 words) including:
