Overview
In both the workplace and in the classroom, there’s an undeniable truth about education: learning and performance are inextricably linked. Learning, however, is best done when it is both easier and more enjoyable – and that’s where instructional design professionals come in.
What you will learn
As both leaders and educators, instructional designers have the power to transform how people learn. It’s their job to develop learning experiences, create resources, and evaluate the effectiveness of the instruction to ensure that it inspires innovation, improves performance and deepens competencies.
Your doctorate in education in Instructional Design Leadership from Franklin University also will prepare you to develop frameworks, apply research and design high-quality instruction that solves real-world challenges.
