Students will study the major bodies of literature in leadership, reflect critically on existing theory and identify appropriate applications of theory in education, business and other organizational cultures.

- Students in the K-12 Leadership - Quantitative program from Grand Canyon University will develop academic and organizational research expertise through the study of statistical and research methodologies, as well as employ quantitative methodology to design, collect and analyze information in alignment with conducting a scholarly dissertation.

- Grand Canyon University (GCU) welcomes applicants 16 years old and older for admission consideration. We seek future graduates with diverse interests, experiences and perspectives, ready to capture academic opportunities with creativity and enthusiasm.
- Although GCU seeks to integrate Christian faith and practice into all aspects of campus life, no statement of faith or religious affiliation is required of prospective students, with the exception of majors in the College of Theology. Theology majors are required to affirm GCU's Doctrinal Statement and the College of Theology Covenant.
- All students must submit either acceptable high school or college transcripts to be considered for full admission into the University.
