- The core coursework of the program emphasizes studies in professional learning communities, professional development, organizational leadership, and school-community relations.
- Students also acquire essential knowledge and skills in leadership for social justice and cultural responsiveness, ethical and legal issues, policy analysis, and instructional improvement and change.
