You are also invited to include an optional paragraph — in addition to your research interests, experience and objectives — that describes your contributions to outreach efforts and/or promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Three letters of Recommendation (but no more than five accepted)
- Unofficial Transcripts. If your university or college issues the academic documents in a language other than English, you must submit the certified copy of the original documents in the ORIGINAL LANGUAGE PLUS A CERTIFIED ENGLISH TRANSLATION. Do not submit a translation only. All translations must be complete and literal translations of the original records.(submitted online)
