- The Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology at Oregon Health & Science University (hereafter known as the Clinical Psychology PhD or Clinical Psychology Program) is the only one in Oregon that is sponsored and primarily housed within an academic medical center, and as such, this placement facilitates students' learning opportunities within the program's three key areas: 1) health psychology, 2) neuroscience of mental health disorders, 3) intervention development and evaluation.

General requirements
- A baccalaureate or equivalent from a recognized academic institution is required (accredited U.S. academic institution or equivalent foreign institution).
- A cumulative grade point average (GPA) of all undergraduate courses of at least 3.0 (based on a letter grade system of A=4 points, B=3 points, C=2 points, D=1 point, F=0 points), or its equivalent in other grading systems.
- Unofficial transcripts from each college and/or university attended.
- Three letters of recommendation.
- Curriculum vita/resume
- TOEFL scores for international students whose native language is not English and who have not earned a degree from a regionally-accredited U.S. institution. 550 on paper-based 213 on computer-based 80 on web-based.
