Our clinically practicing, DNP-prepared faculty experts teach you to use the latest evidence-based practice methods to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care and develop and evaluate health promotion and disease prevention strategies for your patients and community.
Careers
The DNP is considered the terminal nursing practice degree and offers an alternative to research-focused PhD. DNP-prepared nurses are equipped to implement into practice settings the science developed by nurse researchers.Programme Structure

- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an ACEN (formerly NLNAC) or CCNE accredited school of nursing
- For Post-MSN DNP applicants only: an MSN or MS in Nursing from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing
- For most programs, at least one year of RN experience at the time of application submission
- Recommended BSN GPA of 3.25 or higher
