About the program
The Economics Ph.D. program at the University of Delaware emphasizes strong economic and econometric analysis with areas of specialization including development economics, household and consumer finance, industrial organization, labor economics, applied macroeconomics and environmental economics.
The curriculum provides students with a balance between a core of microeconomic, macroeconomic and econometric theory and applied courses. - A four-year U.S. bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any academic field from an accredited college or university with a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.
- Unofficial transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate coursework is required with your application.
- A resume or curriculum vitae documents your prior work experience, publications, honors and awards received and a summary of your educational credentials.
